Equipment Pooling - Process Design through to Implementation

Our Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) Consultants have extensive experience in process design, costing, presentation, commercial contract negotiation and implementation of specialist European and Global Supply Chain solutions, specifically in RTP and Pallet Pooling, including operational process and infrastructure requirements.

  • We make sure you really benefit form the economies of scale and flexibility of use, facilitated by RTP and Pallet Pooling, whilst maintaining control of operational costs.
  • The key to success is to provide a simple cost effective process design, which adds value to the existing operation by generating self funding pools, to include cost control mechanisms to reduce cost of damage, loss and misuse.
  • The process designs are unique to the individual customers supply chain needs, whether it is a simple hub and spoke operation or a complex multi-tiered supply chain. Identifying the subtle differences between the needs of an inbound or outbound Logistics Strategy and Supply Chain is crucial to a successful solution.
  • The introduction of bespoke Pallet / container control and management systems by our Transit Packaging Consultants, which also manage process and KPIs for Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) pools and associated operational activities such as repair, maintenance and cleaning, have proved invaluable for many European and Global supply chains.
