Diageo engaged the specialist Warehouse and Supply Chain Consultants Gideon Hillman Consulting, to provide a proposal to review and validate the current Diageo warehouse designs, whilst simultaneously developing an independent design and layout for the new facility.

The Specialist Consultants at Gideon Hillman Consulting, conducted detailed review and analysis, assessing processes including but not limited to layout and handling methods, value flows and operational procedures, to enable them to validate the current designs and subsequently develop a separate informed, yet independent, warehouse design.

Following their review, The Warehouse and Logistics Specialist Consultants at Gideon Hillman Consulting, supplied Diageo Tanzania, with a suitable proposed new warehouse design, simultaneously considering efficiency, productivity, current product flow, and future business growth.
