Managing Director and Chairman Gideon Hillman has over 20 years European Supply Chain industry experience, having been employed at a Senior Management Level throughout Europe with both manufacturers and Global 3rd Party Logistics Providers. His expertise and experience are in Commercial and Business Development, Supply Chain Solution Design and Implementation throughout Europe for major manufacturers and household brand names in most industry sectors. He was a conference speaker on “Asset Management In the Supply Chain” at the IFPWA Global Conference in Edinburgh hosted by UKWA in 1998 and a speaker on Supply Chain Management at the Aid & Trade Humanitarian Relief Conference in Geneva in 2006.
Project Director Paul Trudgian is a Supply Chain professional with over 13 years development and operational experience with manufacturing companies and 3rd party logistics providers in various senior roles including Global Supply Chain Manager, Head of New Product Development and Divisional S&OP Manager.
His experience also includes the successful design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across multiple sales territories and manufacturing sites. Using his high level of expertise in the analysis, design and implementation of Supply Chain process integration, with a focus on strategic design, network optimisation and planning processes; Paul works with companies to deliver significant supply chain benefits through reductions in capital investment and inventory costs, whilst also supporting major initiatives in portfolio rationalisation.
