Our specialist Warehousing team comprises of our highly experienced Warehouse Consultants all of whom have significant expertise gained from between 15 and 30 years Operational and Management experience prior to joining Gideon Hillman Consulting, a corporate member of UKWA (UK Warehousing Association).
The team are available to ensure all aspects of your warehouse, picking, packing, despatch, distribution and logistics operations are optimised whilst minimising your costs.
The company has in-house CAD facilities for Warehouse design and MHE planning and the team are highly experienced in reviewing current operations and developing solutions for Materials, Stores and Inventory Management including Multi-site Strategy implementation, Tactical Stock locations, Handling and Picking processes, Demand Forecasting, Integrated Inventory Control, Vendor Support Operations, inbound and outbound Logistics Management and Performance Measurement.
We can provide our expertise on a fixed cost project basis against firm agreed deliverables, or alternatively on a flexible day rate depending on your individual requirements.
