• Mrs Tees Wild Mushrooms - An established produce supplier in the New Forest specialising in Wild Mushrooms and Game, supplying the local restaurants and hotels as well daily chilled deliveries to the top London Hotels and Michelin Star Chefs and their restaurants and occasional trading in London Produce Markets (Borough and Covent Garden).
• Gideon Hillman Consulting designed and implemented improved telesales operations, sales order processing, ingredients picking, order assembly, packing and despatch procedures, reducing operation times by over 30%.
• The development, implementation and change management was executed on site by consultants from Gideon Hillman Consulting undertaking the operators' roles in all areas of the business over a period of 6 weeks on both day and night shifts. Improvements were made to preparation and packing area layouts, chilled and frozen storage areas and stock management, and ensuring the constant availability of specific product types by importing during non-seasonal growing periods. In addition Gideon Hillman Consulting provided commercial support in establishing agreements secured to supply regional produce and fine food distributors, and to ensure that the requirements of the agreements were met.
