• Gideon Hillman Consulting have, since 2006, provided on-going support to CoWin Global with strategic product and service development throughout Europe, as well as sourcing and recruiting their Managing Director for Western Europe in 2007.

• Gideon Hillman Consulting provided technical support to the Directors of CEVA Logistics – (formerly TNT Logistics) - Automotive Division, with the design and development of their European Container Management "Best Practice" procedures document and related SOPs.

• Gideon Hillman Consulting were contracted to provide Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) expertise to support to the XK150 pre-production development build. This specific Materials handling project was to design and build "kitting trolley" materials handling concept prototype, and support Jaguar Cars production, logistics, material planning and engineering departments with trackside trials, and concept acceptance within the manufacturing facilities.

• The International Automotive Research Centre, (IARC), is a major facility of Warwick Manufacturing Group – one of the major academically based manufacturing groups in Europe. Extensive research programmes are in progress with the automotive, aerospace and healthcare industries, using world-class facilities within the Centre.
• Gideon Hillman Consulting provided the IARC with Market and Product research into technology advancements, capabilities and opportunities in the Automotive manufacturing sector, specifically RFID Automotive Stillage Tracking through the Global supply chain.

• Established in 1996, Cygnet Foods Limited now employs over 1,000 people. Turnover is in excess of £25M and they supply food products and catering services to over 30,000 people per day.
• Cygnet Catering, a division of Cygnet Foods, is dedicated to the provision of high quality food and catering services to state primary and secondary schools, special schools, private sector schools and further education establishments, through “fresh cook on site” or “delivered in” services. With the additional support of their ISO 9000 (2001) accredited Central Production Unit, they are able to design, produce and distribute a vast range of individual and multi portion food items which are delivered daily by their own fleet of vehicles throughout England and Wales.
• Gideon Hillman Consulting are supporting Cygnet Catering in developing their Environmental and waste reduction initiatives and processes towards achieving ISO 14001 accreditation, to enable Cygnet Catering to further improve their supply chain and service to their customers.

• Simons Reeve Ltd is a leading UK based manufacturer of Materials Handling Equipment based in Nottingham, producing roll cages, pallets & stillages, parcel & transit cages, trolleys, Garments Rails and Laundry Cages.
• Their rental division is one of the UK's leading rental equipment providers of Roll Cages, FLC's and Garment Rails. Simons Reeve Rental can supply equipment on both a short term casual basis, and long term contracts for anything up to 7 years.
• Since 2004, Gideon Hillman Consulting have provided the following project management and support to Simons Reeve Rental: Commercial Specification & Implementation, and ongoing project support of the SITU-8 Container and Pallet Management & Control System, Divisional Sales & Marketing Strategy, design and implementation for the equipment rental division for Retail & Laundry Sectors as well as Design and Implementation of divisional HR policies and procedures, and specification and sourcing of their CRM systems.
• Gideon Hillman Consulting project managed the Simons Reeve Rental ISO9001:2000 QMS system design and Implementation – and accreditation was achieved in March 2006.

• Mrs Tees Wild Mushrooms - An established produce supplier in the New Forest specialising in Wild Mushrooms and Game, supplying the local restaurants and hotels as well daily chilled deliveries to the top London Hotels and Michelin Star Chefs and their restaurants and occasional trading in London Produce Markets (Borough and Covent Garden).
• Gideon Hillman Consulting designed and implemented improved telesales operations, sales order processing, ingredients picking, order assembly, packing and despatch procedures, reducing operation times by over 30%.
• The development, implementation and change management was executed on site by consultants from Gideon Hillman Consulting undertaking the operators’ roles in all areas of the business over a period of 6 weeks on both day and night shifts. Improvements were made to preparation and packing area layouts, chilled and frozen storage areas and stock management, and ensuring the constant availability of specific product types by importing during non-seasonal growing periods. In addition Gideon Hillman Consulting provided commercial support in establishing agreements secured to supply regional produce and fine food distributors, and to ensure that the requirements of the agreements were met.

• Gideon Hillman Consulting have provided consultancy support services to Bureau Veritas for Environmental Supply Chain processes, specifically in the food manufacturing and supply sector.

• Gideon Hillman Consulting Successfully established 5ES as UK Exclusive distributor for the unique SUMO Glove – Fork lift truck attachment that is designed to reduce product and packaging damage during fork lift truck operations.
• We supported 5ES with initial distributor agreements, product supply chain development and UK market entry strategy.

• Bradford Company, a 4th generation family and employee owned business, has manufactured packaging products and materials handling systems since 1924
• Today Bradford Company provides expertise and high quality solutions to some of the largest companies in the world

• Gideon Hillman Consulting have supported the Directors of FOCAL Ltd in defining specific services in Rail Logistics Management and benchmarking the service from within the Automotive inbound & outbound supply chains , as well as providing logistics data analysis and presenting findings accordingly to Focal Earth and their clients.

• Gideon Hillman Consulting provided Packaging Logistics Services (PLS) , a division of the TM Logistics Group, with their ISO14001 Gap Analysis for pallet and container wash facilities and proposal to implement full ISO 14401 procedures and processes to obtain accreditation.

• Gideon Hillman Consulting have supported directors of BHT, based in Coventry, with the concept development and product and service offering to European Automotive Supply Chain operations for the handling of inbound automotive components on the rail networks reducing the requirement for Road haulage and therefore reducing carbon emissions in the Automotive supply chain.

APL Logistics provided origin and international freight services, whilst Christian Salvesen providing destination and localised services
