The Warehouse, Distribution and Logistics Specialists at Gideon Hillman Consulting have completed 15 projects in the first quarter of the current calendar year; which required a range of the specialist skill sets unique to the highly experienced and qualified consultant team. These include distribution strategy review and development, warehouse improvement projects and an increase in new warehouse design and build projects across a range of sectors. The client included many well known brand names such as British Sugar, Jim Bean Brands, DX Group and Jiffy Packaging; to name but a few.
‘Our financial year running from July 2014 to end of June 2015 is already our best year since the business started in 2004. The last three month’s hard work has ensured this great result and we are continuing to grow year on year ‘ says Managing Director Gideon Hillman FCILT FCMI. ‘There has been a noticeable increase in the demand for new distribution facility design and builds, which is a result of an improving economy and the growth in internet retailing and the need for e-fulfilment centres.’
