Supply Chain professional and S&OP specialist Paul Trudgian MILT has recently rejoined Supply Chain and Logistics specialists Gideon Hillman Consulting Ltd as Associate Director.
Paul has held several senior European roles within the mining, manufacturing and third party logistics industries. He is an experienced programme leader, with a proven ability to manage and drive change which has delivered significant reductions in capital investment and inventory costs.
He has a high level of expertise in the analysis, design and implementation of large-scale logistics operations as well as Supply Chain process integration, with a focus on strategic design, network optimisation and planning processes. His experience also includes the successful design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across multiple sales territories and manufacturing sites delivering significant reductions in capital investment and inventory costs, whilst also supporting major initiatives in portfolio rationalisation.
Pauls’ key areas of focus for client support at Gideon Hillman Consulting are S&OP design and implementation, tactical development of logistics operations and strategic supply chain improvement programmes.
